Paddleboard Fitness and Yoga Classes
June 10 - August 1
The focus of this program is not only to have FUN but to provide benefits to the body such as improvement in core strength, motor skills, attention, balance, and bilateral coordination. This class is for all ages as well as levels of flexibility and paddleboard experience.
SUP-Fit | Monday 7-8 pm + Thursday 8-9 am
An athletic based interval class incorporating both functional strength and cardio exercises.
SUP-Yoga | Tuesday 8-9 am
A Vinyasa class where sun salutations will flow into lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures, breathing techniques and even a little play time on the boards.
SUP-Combo | Saturday 8:15-9:15 am
A great blend of functional strength and cardio exercises with the lengthening and strengthening poses yoga offers.
Classes take place in the outdoor pool (class will be canceled in the event of inclement weather)
