Take it to the next level and get in shape
CrossFit incorporates a variety of weightlifting, calisthenics, and cardiovascular exercises and each and every component of the workouts can be modified and scaled to accommodate your fitness level or physical limitations.
New members without previous CrossFit experience will be required to enroll in a 2-hour On-Ramp class. This class is designed to teach new members fundamental movements.
Classes typically consist of a 15 to 20-minute group warmup, a 20-minute strength session, and finally a 5 to 15-minute workout of the day, A.K.A. the WOD. A WOD combines strength training and cardiovascular conditioning by using both bodyweights and weighted exercises performed either for time or for the task.
