Keep the Change

Improve your health with a 6-week program designed to help you make the right changes to improve your health, and most importantly, keep them.

Dates: January 28 - March 10
Cost: $199 for J Members

Kick-off Event: Sunday, January 21 from 1-3 pm
Celebration of Success Event: Sunday, March 11 from 1-3 pm

Guidance + Nutrition + Coaching + Fitness

Participants will receive 6 30-minute personal training sessions (1 per week) and 6 30-minute small group training sessions (1 per week; based on your Coach's team)

Participants will be assigned a Personal Trainer for the sessions based on their fitness level, goals and wishes

Participants will be assigned a Motivational Coach to receive advice, weekly emails, recipes, small group comradery, etc.
