After careful consideration, we are sorry to announce that we have decided to cancel Early + Late Care and Week 1 of J Camp for Summer 2020
Cook, create and eat! Campers will learn new skills in the kitchen and then enjoy tasting the results. (Vaad Supervised)
Participate in culinary camp activities in the morning, then go swimming and participate in J Camp activities in the afternoon. Campers will take recipes home at the end of the week to share with their family.
Each session of Culinary Camp will focus on a different culinary theme. Sign up for one week or multiple weeks.

♦ Week 3 (June 15-19): USA Road Trip - New England - Learn about recipes from the Northeast part of the United States. Create a variety of dishes from New England, including desserts, main dishes, and side dishes. Some examples could include blueberry pie, corn cakes, veggie Shepherd's pie, and Boston creme pie.
♦ Week 4 (June 22-26): USA Road Trip - Southern Cooking - Learn about recipes from the Southeast part of the United States. Create a variety of Southern dishes, including desserts, main dishes, and side dishes. Some examples could include cornbread, biscuits, peach cobbler, baked macaroni and cheese, and grits.
♦ Week 6 (July 6-10): USA Road Trip - West Coast - Learn about recipes from the Western part of the United States. Create a variety of West Coast dishes, including desserts, main dishes, and side dishes. Some examples could include veggie burgers, veggie sushi, veggie burritos, avocado dip, and berry cobbler.
♦ Week 7 (July 13-17): USA Road Trip - Midwest - Learn about recipes from the Midwestern part of the United States. Create a variety of dishes from the Midwest, including desserts, main dishes, and side dishes. Some examples include kolaches, veggie Swedish meatballs, and a strawberry pretzel dessert.
Week 8 (July 20-24): Baking Around the World Session Full – Waitlist Full - Learn about exciting foods from around the world. We will bake recipes from several countries, including France, Germany, Israel, China, Spain, and Italy. We will be baking cookies, breads, cakes, and specialty desserts.
