Paddleboard Fitness and Yoga Classes

The focus of this program is not only to have FUN but to provide benefits to the body such as improvement in core strength, motor skills, attention, balance, and bilateral coordination.
An athletic based interval class incorporating both functional strength and cardio exercises.
A Vinyasa class where sun salutations will flow into lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures, breathing techniques and even a little play time on the boards.
Classes take place in the outdoor pool (class will be canceled in the event of inclement weather)
Tue + Thu: SUP Yoga from 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Wed: SUP Yoga/Fit Combo from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Sat: SUP Fit from 8:15-9:15 a.m.
