- 40 minute cardio and core intensive workouts
- Bodyweight, dumbbell, and kettlebell movements
- Experienced coaching

Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, while improving their overall fitness through consistent training. Certified coaches will teach everyone proper movement techniques and provide direct one-on-one movement correction throughout the workout.
