Krav Maga at The J
Krav Maga, Hebrew for “contact combat,” is an Israeli self-defense system that utilizes your body’s own natural reactions. Techniques in Krav Maga are built upon those natural reactions and then partnered with tactics adapted from the military. The two-combined make Krav Maga the most practical choice for real world self-defense.
