Group Exercise - All classes on the Group Exercise Schedule and the Water Aerobics Schedule are FREE with your paid membership! Members can choose from more than 60 classes a week! Free Group Exercise Classes make your membership a great value and are a good way to make new friends!

Personal Training - Want to build lean muscle? Lose that extra weight? Improve your overall health? Our experienced, Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will customize safe, smart, and motivational workouts to help you feel better, move better, and look better.

Adult Sports - The J offers a number of sports and recreation programs allowing adults the opportunity to have fun, get some exercise, socialize with existing friends, and make new friends and contacts. All programs are professionally managed under the direction of The J's Sports and Recreation Program Coordinator. Program details can be found using the links below. Meshugge CrossFit - CrossFit training is functional movements done at high intensities. It is important that you take the intensity level and define it for yourself based on your athletic and fitness levels. This program is for anyone wanting to take it to the next level, get in shape, or switch up their routines. It includes all modalities of training (Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics movements, and metabolic conditioning) and can be scaled to meet an athlete's needs.

Indoor Triathlon (14+) - The perfect opportunity for beginners or experienced athletes alike, this inclusive indoor event encourages participants ages 14 and older to participate and lead a fit lifestyle. All proceeds benefit The J’s financial assistance program, providing underprivileged youth in our community access to our Youth Fitness Zone where they learn and experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
