Adult Aquatics

 

Adult Group Lessons

Emphasizing personal safety, swimming skills and endurance, group lessons are offered for the beginner swimmer, ages 18+. Learn to float, kick + swim on front and back. Improve your skills and confidence in a supportive, small group environment (six people or less).

Sundays from 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. | Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Pre-Master Swim

Monday | Wednesday | Friday
11:30 pm - 12:00 pm

Our Pre-Master Swim program is designed for adults of all ages that are ready to begin lap swimming. The class provides a fun and friendly introduction to a range of drills, short distance sets, and excellent coaching for those interested in venturing into the world of lap swimming.

Master Swim

Tuesday | Thursday
5:45 am - 6:45 am

Experience the invigoration of a early morning or a mid-day lap swim with other enthusiasts. Coaches Rob Kingsbury & Dave Schiffer will lead you through a one hour workout that is sure to challenge the mind and body.

Water Aerobics

Each water aerobics class includes a variety of stretches, strengthening, and cardio. Instructors will modify their workouts to best suit participants. A variety of days and times are available.
