Mission

Open to mom with kids of all ages. The mission of AIM is to provide a safe community to gather, share, and grow in a warm, Jewish environment.

  • Leave the kids at home - this FREE event is for Moms only! :)
  • Jewish Community Campus (MAC Room) • Use entrance by The White Theatre
  • Meet new friends, hang out with old ones and discover all AIM has to offer!
  • Snacks provided, along with amazing door prizes.

Each program is offered on two dates, Wednesdays at 9:30-11:00 am and Thursdays at 7:00-8:30 pm.

FAQs

Q: What is AIM?
A: AIM stands for Active Inspired Moms. The name comes from the Hebrew word אם (pronounced “aim”), which means “mother” in biblical Hebrew.

Q: What is the purpose of AIM?
A: The mission of AIM is to provide a safe community for moms to gather, share, and grow in a warm, Jewish environment. We are open to all moms who feel a connection with the Jewish community.

Q: When does AIM meet?
A: Our programs (for moms only) are monthly on Wednesdays at 9:30-11:00 am and Thursdays at 7:00-8:30 pm at The J. You have the option to pick which time works best for your schedule each month. The same program or activity will occur at each session.

Q: What if I need childcare?
A: There will be childcare available during our morning sessions at The Park at The J. Non-members of The J may access The Park for an additional fee. 

Q: How much does it cost to become a member?
A: AIM Membership is $45 for the entire year of programming. This money will be used for materials, supplies, and programming costs. If you are a returning AIM member, you will be able to sign up at last year’s rate.

Q: Is AIM affiliated with any other organizations?
A: AIM is in partnership with The J and is not affiliated with any synagogue or other organization. We are open to all moms who feel a connection with the Jewish community.
