Yoga in Kansas City

Namaste from The J

Yoga is defined as the joining of dynamic breath with postures and awareness, and combines all the following:

  • The cardiovascular stamina of running
  • Dancing's flexibility and balance
  • The strength of weight training
  • Meditation's centering and peace of mind

Non-competitive by nature, yoga holds the promise of youthfulness and a higher quality of life by challenging us mentally and physically.

Our yoga instructors have over 30 years of yoga training to complement their many years of dance and fitness industry experience.

Through fun and flowing routines, they will help you:

  • Sculpt your body
  • Quiet your mind
  • Lower your stress
  • Increase your energy level, flexibility, strength and confidence.

Yoga in Kansas City will have you feeling healthier and looking younger!

Yoga is free with your J Membership. Click here to view Yoga classes on the Group Exercise Schedule.
