BASED ON A TRUE STORY. "Fanny's Journey" is an incredible wartime tale of bravery, strength, and survival in 1943 France. Fanny, a daring 13-year old journeys with her younger sisters from their home in France to an Italian foster home for Jewish children. When the Nazis invade Italy, the children’s caretakers desperately organize their departure to a free Switzerland.

As their journey unfolds Fanny finds herself suddenly in charge of eleven children. She stands her ground and sets off across occupied France. She will stop at nothing and fears no one.
