Presented by the Boulder Jewish Community Center
Due to the current climate, the structure of academics in the fall (and beyond) is uncertain. The ratio of in-person and remote learning has yet to be determined.
Local education start up Stride Learning will explain how you can help middle school, high school, and college students develop their executive function skills (planning, organization, time management, etc.) Parents know from experience that education in this time of COVID-19 has been difficult to navigate, for both parents and students alike.
Brandon Slade worked as a teacher in Boulder Valley School District for over 10 years. He will take learning challenges, break them down, and adjust the pieces students and parents can control. Brandon will provide strategies to manage the new “normal” giving you the tips, skills, and resources you need for your student to succeed in the coming school year.
