Members Only Class
Fit4Health with Stephanie on ZOOM. This low-impact class focuses on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance, to optimize health. Focus is given to functional fitness moves that help improve activities of everyday living such as getting in and out of a chair and reaching for things.
Active Membership will be verified prior to approval to join the class. Please join the ZOOM class 10 minutes prior to the class you want to take to allow approval time.
Once class has begun, admission to the ZOOM live stream will stop. To join the class after it has started, participants must go to the Heritage Center's Facebook Group
