Come and learn about “Self-Care!” This workshop will cover several tactics that can reduce your stress, increase your emotional and mental resiliency, and help you take care of YOU! Participants will learn about mindfulness techniques, practice breathing and grounding exercises, and create their own self-care tools for managing stress in-the-moment.
