Hello! Welcome to our brand new LIVE Group Exercise Schedule!

This is an initiative we've been working on for a very long time and are so excited to make it available to our Members! We hope this will be your first resource for our expansive list of classes. We will post real-time updates here, including class cancellations and instructor or location changes. You can still print an  easy-to-read PDF version hereor pick up a hard copy at The J.
