Purchase a 5, 10 or 20 punch card and utilize it for the Heritage Center exercise classes listed below. Just bring your punch card to class and the instructor will take care of the rest. Cards may be purchased at the JCC main reception desk or in the Heritage Center office.

Chair yoga includes stretching poses (asanas), breathwork (prana yama) and meditation for the purpose of promoting flexibility and mobility. Instructor: Robin Jaffe

This low-impact class focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. Participants can sit or stand as exercises can be modified for all ages and abilities.

Blood pressure readings are offered each month and glucose tests will be available in the odd month. The glucose test does require a 2 hour fast. Appointments not required. Please call or check the latest Prime Times for date and time.
This class is low-impact and great for those just getting started on an exercise routine. Participants must obtain a Heritage Center restricted membership card available at the main JCC reception desk. Instructor: Bonnie Pennington
