All classes on the Group Exercise Schedule and the Water Aerobics Schedule are FREE with your paid membership. Members can choose from more than 70 classes a week! Free Group Exercise Classes make your membership a great value and are a great way to make new friends.
All Group Exercise Classes include 7-10 minutes of warm-up, 5-8 minutes of cool-down, abdominal work and stretching. Participants should work at their own pace during class. Modifications are given to increase or decrease intensity.
